Coperni offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with security tags attached. We strive to ensure a seamless process for our global clientele to maintain the highest standards of luxury service.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact and the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized collection point to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
